SpinBoss Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to remember information between sessions. Some cookies are needed for the site to work at all, while others help us improve it or give you a more personal experience. On this page we explain which cookies SpinBoss sets, what each one is for and who sends it, so you can make an informed choice about what you allow. Managing cookies should be simple, and this policy is designed to keep it that way.
Which categories do we use?
We work with four categories. Necessary cookies are required for the site to function, covering login, session management and security, and they cannot be switched off because the site would stop working. Functional cookies remember preferences such as language and your favourite games. Analytical cookies give us insight into which pages are visited and where people get stuck, all in aggregated and anonymous form. Marketing cookies are only set when you give explicit consent through the cookie banner, never before.

Overview of cookie types
How do third party cookies work here?
For analytics and marketing we work with a small set of external partners. For analytics we use a tool that pseudonymises IP addresses and does not build personal profiles. For marketing, partners such as Meta, Google and TikTok may set cookies when you have given consent, so we can measure how well a campaign performs. A current list of active partners is shown in the cookie settings, alongside a direct option to switch your consent on or off for each one individually.
Managing cookies in your browser
As well as our cookie settings, you can manage cookies through your browser. Every common browser lets you view, block or delete cookies, usually from the privacy or security menu. Keep in mind that blocking cookies entirely can stop you logging in, or mean that preferences such as language are requested again at the start of each session. For most players, using our cookie banner gives the right balance of control and convenience without breaking the experience.
How long do cookies last?
Session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser. Functional and analytical cookies stay active for between 30 days and 24 months depending on the type. Marketing cookies usually have a lifespan of 30 to 90 days, depending on the partner platform involved. You can shorten any of these at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or by withdrawing consent in our cookie settings, and the change takes effect immediately.
How does this relate to your privacy?
Cookies are one part of how we handle your information, and they sit alongside the wider commitments set out in our privacy policy. Where a cookie collects data that can identify you, that data is processed under the same lawful bases and protections described there. If you decide to stop using the service, our close account page explains the steps, and the responsible play tools on our responsible gambling page remain available throughout.
Changes to this cookie policy
We update this cookie policy when we introduce new cookies or when the law requires it. The most recent version is always shown on this page. If you have a question about a specific cookie or wish to make a complaint, contact us at privacy@spinboss.live and we will be glad to help. SpinBoss is for players aged 18 and over, and we apply the same care to cookies as to every other part of how we treat your data.
What happens if you do nothing?
If you simply browse without making a choice in the cookie banner, only the necessary cookies that keep the site working are set, and no analytical or marketing cookies are placed until you give consent. You can return to the cookie settings at any time to review or change your choices, and the banner will reappear if our partners or categories change in a way that needs your fresh agreement. In short, nothing tracks you for marketing unless you have actively allowed it, and you remain in control throughout.
Why do necessary cookies matter?
Necessary cookies do the quiet work that makes the site usable. They keep you logged in as you move between pages, protect your account against fraud, and remember basic choices like language and currency so you do not have to set them on every visit. Because the site cannot function without them, they are always on and are not covered by consent, but they never collect data for advertising. Everything beyond this baseline is optional and sits behind the choices you make in the cookie banner.
Can you use the site with cookies switched off?
You can browse much of SpinBoss with optional cookies switched off, but a few things will work less smoothly. Without functional cookies the site forgets preferences such as language between visits, and without analytical cookies we lose the anonymous insight that helps us fix pages where players get stuck. Necessary cookies remain in place either way, because login and security depend on them. For most people the cookie banner offers the simplest balance, letting you accept the categories you are comfortable with and decline the rest in a single step.
